Professional Roles and Licensed Entities

RyanMolenda.com is a personal professional website and is not itself a licensed real estate brokerage, mortgage company, bank, or investment advisory firm.

• Real estate brokerage services are provided through AXEN Realty, LLC. Ryan Molenda is a Texas Broker Associate with AXEN Realty, LLC.
• Residential mortgage loan origination services are provided through NEXA Mortgage, LLC, NMLS #1660690. Ryan Molenda is Loan Officer NMLS #2870538.
• Commercial and business financing may involve different programs, platforms, providers, referral relationships, eligibility criteria, and documentation depending on the request.
• Investor education consists of general educational information and conversations unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Use of one service is not conditioned on use of another. You are not required to use Ryan Molenda for both real estate brokerage and residential mortgage services.
